By submitting this form, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:

I consent to participate in The Rishta Doctor matchmaking service and voluntarily provide my personal information for this purpose. I understand that my information will be stored securely and used solely to facilitate introductions with potential matches, at the discretion of the matchmaker. I may request to update or delete my data at any time by contacting the matchmaker directly, but I understand that deletion of my data may result in termination of my participation in the service.

I agree to keep any profiles, communications, or personal information shared with me about potential matches strictly confidential. I will not screenshot, copy, record, share, forward, or otherwise disclose any such information without prior written permission from both the matchmaker and the individual involved. I understand that violating this confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the service without refund, recourse, or further notice.

I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee that I will be matched with another participant. Matchmaking is based on compatibility and availability, and no outcome—including introductions, relationships, or marriage—is promised or guaranteed.

I acknowledge that The Rishta Doctor may contact me via email, text, or phone to request additional information or documentation to complete my profile. I consent to a background and identity verification check, which may include but is not limited to a review of publicly available records and criminal databases, conducted by a third-party screening provider, for the purpose of maintaining the safety and integrity of the service. I understand that any sensitive information collected will be used solely for screening purposes and will not be shared or stored beyond what is required. I agree to cooperate reasonably with such requests.

I understand and agree that all fees paid to The Rishta Doctor are non-refundable, regardless of whether matches are made, introductions occur, or the service is terminated for any reason.

I agree to act respectfully toward the matchmaker and all participants. Harassment, abuse, threats, stalking, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of participation without refund. I agree to communicate honestly, respectfully, and in good faith throughout the process.

I am solely responsible for ensuring that all information I provide—including my age, marital status, intent, and background—is accurate and truthful. Any misrepresentation, omission, or false statement may result in termination without refund.

I agree not to involve third parties (friends, family, representatives, etc.) in communications, meetings, or interviews arranged through this service without prior written approval from the matchmaker.

I understand that all meetings and communications with potential matches are voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. I agree to exercise reasonable precautions when meeting individuals, including meeting in public settings and notifying a trusted contact of my plans. The Rishta Doctor does not supervise or monitor participant interactions and is not responsible for conduct occurring before, during, or after such meetings.

The Rishta Doctor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate my participation at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, misrepresentation, or unsafe behavior. No refunds will be issued in the event of termination or suspension.

I grant The Rishta Doctor a limited, non-exclusive license to use my photos, biography, and other content I provide strictly for matchmaking purposes. I retain ownership of my content but acknowledge that the service may rely on such content in facilitating introductions.

I agree not to attempt to bypass The Rishta Doctor by contacting other participants directly outside the service without the matchmaker’s consent. I understand that such conduct may result in termination without refund.

I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years old, single, and legally free to marry. I understand that providing false information regarding age, marital status, or eligibility is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

I understand that The Rishta Doctor does not guarantee compatibility, relationship outcomes, or marriage. I acknowledge that introductions are made in good faith based on the information provided. I accept full responsibility for my actions, communications, and interactions with individuals introduced through the service. I release, discharge, and hold harmless The Rishta Doctor, its owner(s), employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for emotional, financial, reputational, physical, or other consequences arising from or related to my participation.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Rishta Doctor, its owner(s), employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, legal actions, damages, costs, or losses (including attorneys’ fees) that may result from my use of the service, including but not limited to disputes with matches, third-party claims, or inaccuracies in the information I provided.

In no event shall The Rishta Doctor’s total liability to me exceed the amount of fees I paid for the service. I waive any right to seek damages beyond this amount.

In the unlikely event of a dispute, I agree to resolve the matter exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than public legal action. Arbitration will follow the rules of a neutral third-party arbitrator (e.g., the American Arbitration Association) and take place in Fort Bend County, Texas. I understand that this means both parties waive the right to a trial by judge or jury, and that arbitration is intended to provide a fair, efficient, and private resolution process. This Agreement will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The Rishta Doctor shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or power/internet outages.

I confirm that all information I have provided is truthful and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree to all terms listed above, including the consent, privacy, confidentiality, liability, indemnification, and arbitration clauses.

I understand that my application is not considered complete until I submit a recent photo to the email address provided in the form.
