By submitting an application or using The Rishta Doctor services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years old

• Are single and legally free to marry

• Have provided truthful and accurate information

Any misrepresentation may result in immediate termination without refund.

2. No Guarantee of Matches

Submitting an application does not guarantee:

• A match

• An introduction

• A relationship or marriage

All matchmaking decisions are made at the sole discretion of The Rishta Doctor.

3. Fees & Refund Policy

All fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of outcome, introductions, or termination for any reason.

4. Confidentiality Obligations

You agree to keep all profiles, communications, and personal information strictly confidential.
You may not screenshot, record, share, forward, or disclose any information without prior written permission from both the matchmaker and the individual involved.

Violation = immediate removal, no refund, no appeal.

5. Conduct & Behavior

You agree to act respectfully and in good faith.
Harassment, abuse, threats, stalking, dishonesty, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Third-Party Involvement

You may not involve friends, family, or representatives in communications, meetings, or interviews without prior written approval.

7. Meetings & Personal Responsibility

All meetings and communications with matches are voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
We do not supervise or monitor interactions and are not responsible for conduct before, during, or after meetings.

8. Content License

You grant The Rishta Doctor a limited, non-exclusive license to use your photos, biography, and submitted content strictly for matchmaking purposes. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Bypassing the Service

Attempting to contact other participants outside the service without consent may result in termination without refund.

10. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid. You waive the right to seek damages beyond this amount.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Rishta Doctor, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation.

13. Arbitration & Governing Law

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of a neutral third-party arbitrator (e.g., American Arbitration Association).

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages.
